Repubblika is looking for qualified and/or experienced youth workers to join us as Repubblika Youth Leaders. These volunteers will play a vital role in helping us grow our community of young activists, followers, and supporters (especially those under 35).
What you’ll do
As a Youth Leader, you’ll:
Develop and manage a calendar of youth-focused events and activities.
Help raise funding or sponsorships to support these initiatives.
Adapt and repurpose Repubblika’s content and policies to make them relevant and engaging for young people.
Reach out to potential members, recruit new activists, and strengthen our youth community.
Identify and mentor other young leaders for future leadership roles.
Participate in training programmes, both locally and abroad.
Contribute to other initiatives that support Repubblika’s mission to inspire young people into active citizenship.
What we’re looking for
Background in youth work — formal qualifications or significant experience.
Leadership and mentoring skills — ability to guide, inspire, and organise young volunteers.
Event planning and project management experience.
Fundraising or sponsorship experience (an asset but not required).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with younger audiences.
Creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to Repubblika’s values.
Training & Support
Repubblika Youth Leaders will be supported by the wider organisation and encouraged to bring in new ideas, projects, and perspectives. Opportunities to take part in local and international training will be provided.
